Wednesdays 9.30-10.45
We start gently check in with our body and connect with the group. We use simple descriptions of the exercises, images and metaphors that is inclusive to the group, we stand equally and work together to share the safe environment , yet each of us to continue to work on the own inquiries and practices. We invite our whole body and mind to work co-opratively, cultivate the physical abilities. Through both improvisation and set materials, we aim to develop our movement vocabularies, coordination and confidence. We will dedicate to move ‘healthily’.
